Yes, the website for Fathers for Life and its affiliated blogs are being slandered and censored.
Whether you are a fathers-rights activist, a pro-family activist or a skeptic of environmental alarmism, it is quite likely that your website or blog is being slandered and censored, too. It is being done on the sly. No one will tell you about it. If it happened, you will have been found guilty and were sentenced in the Star-Chamber court of a multinational corporation (by an obscure clerk, in an obscure office), and it is not likely that you will be able to appeal. Check the rating of your website or blog. I had asked O2 to review and explain their website rating policy in regard to Fathers for Life. They did not respond.-

Feminism in history
Last update: 2018 12 11 Schools teach many misconceptions about feminism and about feminism in history. This essay and the sources of information identified in it provide a more objective guide to the truth. … a time to die
… a time to die The following story is one of many my Aunt Thekla, oldest sister of my Dad, told when I was old enough to appreciate some of her experiences as co-owner of the vintner-supply business she ran with her husband in the Ahr Valley, in Ahrweiler, Germany, a region known for producing good red wines. The old vintner, Henry, had finally come to the end of his days. He had grown his vines, tended to them, growing and harvesting the grapes, squeezing every single one of them, so not a drop of must would be wasted. Henry had quite literally worked his heart out, producing some of … Continue reading

Custodial mother needs help
Updated 2019 05 02, to add links to related articles. Custodial mother needs help — The names (except mine) shown in the following help request (advice and comment inserted between the lines) are not the real names of the parties, to protect the innocent and the guilty. Hello Mary, You raised a number of points that call into question Canadian rules and practices pertaining to child support due to someone like you, someone who appears to be a citizen or resident of Canada. Firstly, I don’t know whether you are in fact residing in Quebec. That makes it impossible for me to direct you to an organization that may be … Continue reading

Women claim tribes won’t enforce child support
Capitol Weekly (U.S.A.) 2 September 2010 Women claim tribes won’t enforce child support By Malcolm Maclachlan When Christina Brown got together with her soon-to-be ex-husband in the early 1990s, they were poor. But he’s a member of the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians. When the tribe’s casino opened up a few years later, the checks started rolling in, around $20,000 a month. They moved out of their mobile home into a big house. Nice cars and a 34-foot Fleetwood motor home followed. After what she described as a worsening domestic situation, she left him in 2007. Brown, who noted that she once had a drug problem, said she’s been clean … Continue reading

In praise of older women
Today someone sent me some sort of statement, ‘In praise of older women’ (I received it a number of times already), falsely alleged to have been composed by Andy Rooney. I wrote to her: Claire, No, anyone searching his memory for a 60-minutes program in which he did say that will search in vain. It was not Andy Rooney who said or wrote it. Here is the truth about that one: http://www.snopes.com/politics/soapbox/rooney2.asp [You can find the whole piece she sent at that link.] As you can see at his website, the true originator of it, Frank Kaiser, did not say the gross parts of it either. Which proves that one … Continue reading

Why we have two hands, men use them to make things
“Why we have two hands,” said the caption for two photos a woman had sent to me. One photo was of a little girl with a credit card and a cellphone, and the other of a little boy holding a remote control and his genitals. I wrote to the woman who had sent me those two photos. She did not write back. Does that mean that she became puzzled and was left speechless, or that my comments drove the lesson home and there was nothing more to be said? Vicky [not her real name], You told me that you don’t like reading. Nevertheless, do me a favour and read all of … Continue reading

Sex and artistic analysis
Last updated 2018 10 06 Sex and artistic analysis — You may have an interest in odd things, but I don’t know whether you have an interest in odd art. Escher’s art fascinated me since before I could read. The front page of today’s Edmonton Journal carries an image that is an example of Escher’s art. That image does not do complete justice to the relationship between mathematics and art that Escher’s art focuses on. Here is a gallery of Escher’s art. There is a specialized branch of such art, perspective street art, something that M.C. Escher never touched on. A more specific designation of such art is anamorphic painting. That … Continue reading

The economic down-turn and Canada
The economic down-turn and Canada By Allan Chinnery It is now official that Canada is in a depression as deep as any that it had been in before. The Bank of Canada interest rate at 0.25% tells you that they are scared —-less and see no solution to the problem. However there is a bigger problem. The smart money, that of judges and lawyers was invested offshore because with Canadas judiciary it is not safe to keep it in Canada. Such investments lost much of their equity when the banks started going down. Most notable of interest to members of the Canadian Bar Association would have been UBS and the … Continue reading
