EDMONTON — A woman suspected in a shooting on a northern Alberta Metis settlement has turned herself in to police.

Elk Point RCMP issue warrant for suspect in attempted murder

EDMONTON — RCMP in Elk Point are searching for a woman wanted in connection to a shooting early Sunday morning that sent one person to hospital.
An argument between two women began late Saturday night, police said. The suspect returned to the scene at about 2 a.m. with a gun, and shot several times at the occupants of the home on the Fishing Lake Metis Settlement.
