Government-sponsored hate-propaganda then and now

In relation to government-sponsored hate-propaganda then and now, the following is a spoof, but only partially and only very slightly.  It is a literal translation of a press release by the Police Jurisdiction of Lüneburg/Lüchow-D./Uelzen, Germany, dated 2008 11 17, modified through very few changes in the wording of the translation.  The changes consist of strategic insertions of the following modifications: The years 2005 -2008 were changed to years in the early 1930s, and The terms Aryan and Jews were inserted. In the context in which those insertions were made, it is hoped that the press release illustrates one of the ways in which radical, extremist ideologues who infiltrated a … Continue reading

Website problems at Fathers for Life fixed

Website problems happened 2008 11 16 at Fathers for Life. They appear to be fixed now, but I would not bet my life on that. It all started on Nov 12th, when Symantec Service Framework crashed every time I tried to download e-mail.  SSF worked fine, as long as I did not try to download e-mail messages.  Of course, I had to shut down my machine every time and reboot it, so to get SSF going again. There was obviously a problem that a software update would fix.  That was the very first thing I tried, but there were no updates.  There were no updates in the morning. I contacted … Continue reading

Governments in love with feminism

Governments in love with feminism do little or nothing for families. The family models shown and described at Fathers for Life have been expanded and at the same time simplified to show the evolution of the relationships and the relative powers of men and women, families, people, government and business over time.  That was done by Angry Harry (a pseudonym used by a man who is eminently qualified to write about such things).  The models by Angry Harry, explaining things in the greater context of the state of recent and current modern society, are as follows. Those diagrams give you the general picture, but you would miss out a lot … Continue reading

Remembrance Day 2008

Remembrance Day is coming up.  It is a celebration in honour of the men (many millions of them) and the women (a handful) who sacrificed their lives fighting for home and country and for the preservation of democracy, freedom of speech that is. (Canadian World War II casualties by sex: 50,000 men, 25 women) Now that freedom of speech is just about dead, so dead that the only places in which it is being discussed publicly is in such venues as the (Canadian) Human Rights Tribunals (the Canadian equivalent of what in totalitarian regimes used to be called People’s Courts), it may be worth having a look at a personal … Continue reading

Unhappy feminist, regarding truth on domestic violence

People write to me.  This commentary concerns an unhappy feminist, regarding the truth on domestic violence.  It is never easy to make feminists happy.  It is rarely possible to make a feminist happy about the truth on anything, especially when the truth about domestic violence is concerned, but it does not hurt to try.  It is worth it to try and change an unhappy feminist into a happy one. Hello Cosha, Far from being uninformed on the topics you touched upon in your message, it seems to me that I studied those issues probably for more decades than you have been around, unless you are 72 years old, as I … Continue reading

Australia: International Men’s Day

Australia: International Men’s Day – 19th November 2008 From John Flanagan: Hi to Everyone Warwick Marsh from the Fatherhood Foundation has called for the recognition of International Men’s Day on 19 November 2008. Please see the media release below. The Non-Custodial Parents Party (Equal Parenting) and the Fatherhood Foundation support both men and women. For example, a very large number of our valued members in the Party are women. However we feel that it is also very important to recognise this particular day for men. As such, we will be attending a Conference at the NSW Parliament House, Sydney. This will be held on 19 November 2008. It is being … Continue reading

Infant Death in Fountain – Thrown away like trash

Updated 2019 01 23: Added links to related articles. Found at MensNewsDaily.com Infant Death in Fountain — Shortly after midnight the new born baby boy of Stephanie Collins was just minutes old when she allegedly smothered the baby, placed him in a plastic bag and threw him away like trash. Twenty-six year old Stephanie Collins faces a murder charge after smothering her new born baby and leaving him in a trash can. The woman’s mother was shocked to find her dead grandchild that she didn’t even know existed. This case is especially disturbing because Collins knew about Florida’s safe baby law but, according to investigators, still decided to kill the … Continue reading

Whom to have breakfast with 30 years from now

Whom to have breakfast with 30 years from now Pravda means “truth”. The “truth” that the Russian Pravda (English edition) presents about women – that is, western women and especially American women – is not necessarily the truth, at least not so much as it is a view one gets when focusing on one particular issue. Anyway, as per the Pravda, the items shown below are what we in the West see as desirable in women, or as desired goals that women pursue with a passion.  Is it true?  If not, how come we often see the media in the West show images of women that focus on the very … Continue reading

Mom killed herself and 3 young boys

Citrus County authorities say mom killed herself and 3 young boys By Jamal Thalji and Jodie Tillman, Times Staff Writers Saturday, November 1, 2008 FLORAL CITY — When the grandmother got home Thursday evening, the door to her daughter’s room was already shut. Vickie Maslowski figured her 23-year-old daughter and her three sons – all under the age of 5 – had gone to bed. When Maslowski opened the bedroom door the next morning, she was greeted by a horrible and bloody scene. Her daughter, Alicia Chomic, and the three boys were dead. The mother and her two oldest sons lay on the bed. The youngest was in a bassinet. … Continue reading

Another elected dictatorship, conservative, but so what?

Updated 2019 01 23: Added links to related articles. Catholic Insight Why Stephen Harper should be retired By Fr. Alphonse de Valk Issue: November 2008 After the election of October 14, a number of political observers concluded that Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s time is coming to an end.  Don Martin in the National Post ( Oct.14), still argued that Harper had won the election and now is secure in the saddle. Half a dozen others, however, saw his third failure to obtain a majority in the House of Commons as a sign pointing to the exit. Lawrence Martin of the Globe and Mail wrote that Harper will be gone before … Continue reading
