PAS and the vilification of fathers

Nila M. Fordyce wrote 2011 02 21:

I finished reading your report on the Internet about PAS and found [that,] from my experiences and research on the above, [it is] fairly on-line - as far as the descriptions go. However, I truly believe the best way to eliminate a lot of this problem - especially in California, is to get a task force to go in and get rid of all the bad evaluators and judges. I am so sick and tired of the wrong doing and biases against fathers. It’s absolutely egregious to the relationships they have with their beloved children. They all just assume all fathers are bad!

And this is so far from the truth! I am 62 years old brought up in an upper middle - class family and surroundings - never new but maybe one unfortunate incident. My DAD was my hero and he still is at 87. I had a closer relationship with him, than I did my mother.

He listened, and my mother did not. I can’t imagine growing up with out a father. I watch the younger set around me now, and it’s the same way! Fathers play an extremely vital role in the growth of a child. And the Evaluators and Judges destroy that chance for our children. This is found especially in Move Away Cases. Most States do not allow this to happen, but in Los Angeles, Ca. they sure do.

These are horrific laws to begin with, and the sad thing, nobody cares what is in the best interest of the child, nor do they even no the correct way to handle it in the evaluations or courts. And sorry to say, it’s usually your narcissistic mothers with no strong or centered family values. Again, I am talking about very good fathers here, that are getting crucified by these people. But everyone is getting their pockets full!! As I have found out from various professional sources and experience there are alot of very bad evaluators, Psychologists, attorneys, Judges, and mothers (that Lie, they all do) out there that are fracturing the lives of children and the parent left behind. This is irreparable, and needs to Stop!!!!!! My Dad (a Doctor), told me many years ago, that just because someone has a Professional title or Doctor in front of their name, does not mean they are good at what they do. And just because a mother is a mother does not mean she is the better parent and deserves full custody of a child.

Please help to rid of the BAD PEOPLE.

Thank you for Listening.

Nila M. Fordyce

That is all true, but for as long as professionals can make more money from the existence of PAS than from preventing it, little help can be expected from them.

It is easier and more profitable to apply Band Aids and to let such a massive problem persist than to eradicate it once and for all.  However, it is not the divorce industry, its judges and its adjuncts, such as psychologists, court-appointed evaluators and so on that control things in that respect.  The people that are most affected by the vilification of men and fathers are those fathers and their children.  It is up to them and their wives to find ways by which the divorce industry can be starved out of existence.

Opinion polls have much impact but little value

Opinion polls not only have much impact, but they also have a great potential to do harm.

The Winnipeg Free Press carried two important stories.

Pollster warns politicians: Think for yourself; don’t be slaves to public opinion

By: Joan Bryden, The Canadian Press

[The] blind faith in the authority of polling numbers is increasingly ill-founded as the industry struggles with a methodological crisis that is putting the accuracy of survey results into serious question.

“Anyone who’s done this long enough will tell you that public opinion need not be consistent, need not be permanent to be important or real,” [pollster Allan Gregg, chairman of Harris-Decima which provides political surveys to The Canadian Press]  says.

There are more warnings and cautions about the accuracy — or rather lack of it — in Canadian polls in this story:

Pollsters advise voters to be wary of polls ahead of possible spring vote

By: Joan Bryden, The Canadian Press

OTTAWA - Canada’s notoriously competitive pollsters have some surprisingly uniform advice about the parade of confusing and conflicting numbers they’re about to toss at voters ahead of a possible spring election: Take political horse race polls with a small boulder of salt….[Andre Turcotte, a pollster and communications professsor at Carleton University.]

“The way it’s working now is a real dog’s breakfast. It’s not working,” says Ekos Research president Frank Graves, who provides bi-weekly surveys to the CBC.

There’s broad consensus among pollsters that proliferating political polls suffer from a combination of methodological problems, commercial pressures and an unhealthy relationship with the media.

Start with the methodological morass.

“The dirty little secret of the polling business . . . is that our ability to yield results accurately from samples that reflect the total population has probably never been worse in the 30 to 35 years that the discipline has been active in Canada,” says veteran pollster Allan Gregg, chairman of Harris-Decima which provides political polling for The Canadian Press….

The article explains the meaning of “margin of error”, that it is important, that statements relating to margin of error often have no basis in fact, and that the media regard the numbers provided in polls to be more important than the truth — or the lack of it — that those numbers should represent but no longer can or do.

The media are addicted to the ‘horse race numbers” provided by opinion polls.  As the first story identified above indicates, the politicians are guided by the often false numbers provided by the polls, and if you are addicted to the media, to politicians and to opinion poll results, then all is well.  At least all of the players, including you, have got their story straight.  The trouble with that is that the story line that every player in the game adheres to is a plot out of a bizarre reality and bear little relation to the real world.

The trouble with that is that the story line that every player in the game adheres to is a plot out of a bizarre reality and bears little relation to the real world, other than making the real world more bizarre.

All of that means that Canadian politics are being as firmly controlled and steered by a bizarre story line as, for instance, the USSR was controlled and steered by the aims of the Central Party Committee.

Whether a controlling ideology is used by a Central Party Committee and published through the media, thereby controlling and influencing the people, or whether it is being promoted by the media to influence politicians and the public who vote for them, there is little difference.  The results are the same: central control through an overpowering ideology.

The Super Bowl Prostitute Myth — Debunked!

The Super Bowl Prostitute Myth: 100,000 Hookers Won’t Be Showing Up in Dallas
By Pete Kotz

The alarm bells reached peak decibel in November, when Dallas Police Sergeant Louis Felini told the The Dallas Morning News that between 50,000 and 100,000 prostitutes could descend on the metroplex for the Super Bowl. The call to outrage had sounded.

His estimate was astonishing. At the higher figure, it meant that every man, woman and child holding a ticket would have their own personal hooker, from the vice presidential wing of FedEx to Little Timmy from Green Bay.

And if you believed a study commissioned by the Dallas Women’s Foundation, the hordes would include 38,000 underage prostitutes. Doe-eyed beauties from the Heartland would be peddled like Jell-O shots at the Delta Phi soiree….(Full Story)

From the article:

“This is urban legend that is pure pulp fiction,” the NFL’s McCarthy says. “I would refer you to your local law enforcement officials.”

So that’s what we did….

After you read what they found, you will never again fall for something like the Super-Bowl-Prostitute hoax.

Just in case you feel that a single compilation of evidence that is contrary to anything feminist propaganda ever wanted to indoctrinate people with in regard to sex slaves, prostitution and related horrors is not sufficient to make you change your mind and that your mind is so firmly made up on this that no facts like that will change it, then have a look at some other sources of information that bears out what the Dallas Observer found:

British High Court Expands ‘Domestic Violence’ to Include Shouting and Criticizing

January 27th, 2011 by Robert Franklin, Esq.

It’s hard to overstate the reach of the British Supreme Court’s ruling in this case (Daily Mail, 1/27/11).  It was decided on Thursday and from that date all aspects of domestic violence law have been completely changed….

Seventh, let no one be deceived into believing that this ruling will be applied in a gender-neutral way.  Domestic violence law hasn’t been to date and this ruling will be more of the same.  For over four decades, men and fathers have been demonized in law, education and popular culture.  The result is that, when women bring a claim of domestic violence, they are often believed whether they back up their claims with objective evidence or not.  Men, having been demonized, get no such privilege.  So the consequences of this ruling will be sexist, overwhelmingly used by women at the expense of men.

Don’t believe me?  Just look at the photo in the linked-to article.  Who’s depicted shouting?….(Full Story)

Robert Franklin concludes his article by stating, “If Parliament fails to immediately correct this travesty of “justice,” the consequences to British society will be incalculable.”

That, of course, will not happen, therefore the damage will be incalculable.  If you wonder why that is so, then you are part of the problem.

At any rate, the article describes nothing other than feminist jurisprudence in action.  Feminist jurisprudence is driven by misandry and enables women to commit violence by proxy without having to soil their hands and without having to exert themselves in any other fashion.
