HELP IS NEEDED! [for a man and loving father who is a victim of an epidemic of rape hysteria in Ellsworth, Maine]

When you think it could not get any worse for a man and his children I assure you it can!

In the Bar Harbor area of Maine, a decent, loving, and dedicated father who decided to leave his 16 year relationship with his wife, and save their children from her mental insanity and physical abuse was charged and convicted on 2 counts of assault and 1 count of Gross Sexual Assault for allegedly splashing water in his wife’s face 3 years ago, for allegedly sexually assaulting his wife 2 years ago, and for allegedly pushing her on a chair 2 years ago.

There was NO evidence, NO investigation, and nothing more than an angry and coached wife’s testimony along with prosecutorial misconduct that resulted in a conviction.

During the trial no evidence or any mention was allowed of the wife’s history of false allegations against other men in her life, the use of restraining orders against the fathers of her children for custody, her psychiatric history, years of powerful medication use, the details of her outrageous and violent abuse of her partners and her children, or even the mention of her current divorce and custody battle with this man.

During the trial, the prosecutor violated this man’s basic Constitutional Rights when she told the jury that “there was no evidence that the sexual acts did not occur,” implying that a man was guilty unless he proved otherwise. Asst. DA prosecutor’s misconduct extended to making many inadmissible and prejudicial statements while stating statistics in her closing arguments in order to get a conviction and publicity regardless of the evidence, of the facts, or the truth in this case!

She even implied to the jury that no custody battle exists between the accuser and the accused.

During and after the trial, the defense attorney Motioned for Acquittal and a New Trial citing prosecutorial misconduct, inappropriate court rulings, and violations of this innocent man’s Constitutional Rights.

He [the man wrongly accused] is currently free on bail pending his sentencing in March 2009.

For the past 1 ½ years this innocent man has had custody of his two sons granted by the state of Maine while for almost 2 years his accuser has not been allowed contact with the children by Maine authorities.

If the conviction is not overturned and/or a new trial granted by March 5th, this innocent man could go to jail for 30 years while his two sons (12 and 3) will be taken by the State of Maine because their mother (the accuser) is considered a danger to them.

…Miss Laframboise neatly turns the MacKinnon ravings (such as “Compare victim’s reports of rape with women’s reports of sex. They are a lot alike”) upside down by comparing them with “flesh and blood” reports in the Landers column. The latter run the behavioral gamut. Some men behave badly; some are criminal abusers; others behave honourably. Still others write to praise their mothers, wives and daughters, and are praised by them. Since Miss Dworkin has stated that any woman who enjoys sexual relations with a man is a “collaborator,” and Miss Faludi believes that any man who wants to be a “good provider for his family” really intends only to oppress his wife, it’s doubtful they will accept such testimony.

The book takes aim at the studies NACSOW and other government agencies use to “prove” that Canadian men are engaged in a “war against women.” To back the claim that 29% of women have been assaulted by spouses, Statistics Canada included those who have been “grabbed” during an argument (a deplorable action but hardly a vicious one). The Panel on Violence went StatsCan several steps better by discovering that 98% of women have been assaulted. “Since obscene phone calls qualified as ‘violence’,” Miss Laframboise comments, “it’s surprising that the total wasn’t 100 percent.”

The results have been skewed, she charges, by such techniques as surveying unrepresentative populations (residents of battered women’s shelters), and extrapolating to the general population. Moreover, for the data to mean anything, women’s experiences had to be set beside men’s. Therefore StatsCan conducted a two-part study, but then refused to publish the figures on male victims of female violence. A shocking 17.8% of men “admitted to behaving in a ‘violent’ manner toward their spouses.” But so did 23.3% of women, and 6.2% acknowledged actually “beating up their partner” - compared to 2.5% for men….

The article bemoans the lack of social services workers in Ontario, for which reason violence against women, so it is alleged, cannot receive the full attention it deserves from the government of Ontario.

Sir,

The problem is not that there are insufficient numbers of social workers. Rather, it is the allocation of those resources. What is needed is to re-educate social workers and reassign their priorities.

It is of grave concern that the entire, and I mean entire, emphasis now is on the so-called family/domestic, etc. violence, which in the social worker lingo means “violence against women”. Children are linked as appendices to women and only receive attention when they can be used as propaganda tools.

Though the scientific community now has to admit that females are at least as violent as males, even if they may express it in a slightly different manner, often perpetrating their acts of aggression by proxy, all counselling is based on William Glasser’s Reality Therapy.

    Men’s therapy groups - to stop the violence that exists in relationships between men and women. Therapists use a discussion format to explore men’s violence in relationships and to propose non-violent alternatives for solving problems. Responsibility for one’s actions and consequence of choice are emphasized.

Women’s therapy groups - to increase women’s understanding of violence between partners and to provide them with strategies for protecting themselves against that violence. Therapists encourage open and frank discussion about past violence and explore methods of avoiding violence in the future.

The Ontario government spends $145 million [a year] in direct contributions to combat violence against women, yet there is no evidence to support the hypothesis that we are in the grips of an all out epidemic of wife beatings and homicides. Rather, all the available data point to the other direction: women are the aggressors, not the aggrieved, especially when it comes to child abuse, often fatal.

It is a good thing that not all women are violent, but many women are.

It is a good thing that not all men fight back when women attack them, but some men do. They sometimes live to fight back. If men do fight back, they will live to regret that they did.

In our society it is alright for a woman to attack a man. It is never alright for a man to defend himself against an attacking woman.

Britain capitulates to terror

If anyone had doubted the extent to which Britain has capitulated to Islamic terror, the banning of Geert Wilders a few hours ago should surely open their eyes. Wilders, the Dutch member of parliament who had made an uncompromising stand against the Koranic sources of Islamist extremism and violence, was due to give a screening of Fitna, his film on this subject, at the House of Lords on Thursday. This meeting had been postponed after Lord Ahmed had previously threatened the House of Lords authorities that he would bring a force of 10,000 Muslims to lay siege to the Lords if Wilders was allowed to speak. To their credit, the Lords authorities had stood firm and said extra police would be drafted in to meet this threat and the Wilders meeting should go ahead.

But now the government has announced that it is banning Wilders from the country. A letter from the Home Secretary’s office to Wilders, delivered via the British embassy in the Hague, said:

…the Secretary of State is of the view that your presence in the UK would pose a genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat to one of the fundamental interests of society. The Secretary of State is satisfied that your statements about Muslims and their beliefs, as expressed in your film Fitna and elsewhere would threaten community harmony and therefore public security in the UK.

Couple jailed for toddler killing

A mother and her partner have been jailed after being found guilty of killing her two-year-old daughter who had suffered more than 100 injuries.

Zahbeena Navsarka, 21, of Riddings Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, was jailed for nine years for the manslaughter of Sanam Navsarka.

Her partner Subhan Anwar, 21, was jailed for life for murder, with a minimum sentence of 23 years.

Bradford Crown Court heard a metal pole was used to shatter the child’s leg.
