Thirty seven-year old S Babu, who is into construction business, has complained to Madiwala police that his wife Malini Babu was in the habit of popping sleeping pills, and was addicted to alcohol. A young mother who authorities said deliberately mixed drain cleaner with her toddler’s apple juice must face trial for child abuse and other charges, a judge ruled Wednesday.

Christina Noel Howell has pleaded not guilty…If she is convicted, she could face up to life in prison….

Deputy District Attorney Keith Watanabe said Howell told authorities the child’s ingestion of caustic chemicals, once on May 25 and again on May 28, was accidental….(Full Story)

Women who make false rape allegations need help not prosecution, says a rape victim counsellor.

Doctor Kim McGregor, director of New Zealand’s Rape Prevention Education, said international research showed 2-3 per cent of all sexual abuse allegations made were false.

Of more concern was the number of sexual abuse assaults not reported to police, with only 9 per cent of sexual assault cases reported….(Full Story)

F4L: After holding women not accountable for lying and instead treating them as victims and helping them, the logical progression is to reward them for lying.  New Zealand has in fact done that with a program for paying women who made rape allegations, thereby to encourage them to lie.  If I recall that correctly, women receive a reward of about $10,000 for making a rape allegation, and that has had a fine effect in driving the numbers of rape allegations to heights never seen before. (I will provide the references to the pertinent sources of that information when I find them, which should be later today or tomorrow. –WHS)

Here is another report on a plan for a similar financial incentive for women to lie about having been raped:

….a proposal in India would provide actual monetary incentive for women to lie about rape. According to Women and Child Development Minister Renuka Chowdhury, the proposal under consideration is this: Women who claim to be rape victims will get Rs.200,000 as a “relief and rehabilitation package.” That works out to close to $4,700 — a tremendous sum of money in a poor, largely rural country….(Full Story)

The article from India that reports on that proposal calls it a “Relief and rehabilitation package for rape victims.”  In fact, it is impossible not to conclude that the proposal is “A financial incentive for women who wish to lie about having been raped.”

Radical feminism has enjoyed almost unchallenged success in convincing lawmakers and university administrators that when it comes to rape, one gender is incapable of telling a lie, while the other is incapable of anything but lying.

From the faulty premise that women do not lie about rape follow the equally faulty but still widely accepted premises that there is no such thing as a false rape claim, and that conviction rates for rape are far too low. To help jack up those rates – or, in the twisted logic that follows from those faulty premises, to help justice be better served – laws and policies are changed to provide rape accusers with special accommodations allowed to no other criminal complainant.

In the face of these faulty premises, people concerned about the rights of innocent men accused of rape need to be aware of any study regarding the prevalence of false rape claims. Of note this week is a new five-year study in India that shows almost one-in-five rape claims is false:….(Full Story)

F4L:  False rape accusations are an example of women’s violence by proxy, where, instead of a woman making her hands dirty by beating a man up or killing him, often when he is unsuspecting, incapacitated or sleeping, she uses the full power of the State’s jurisprudence to eliminate a man, often for the most trivial reasons.  For that reason this blog entry has been linked to the category “Women’s Violence”.

The enormous extent of false rape allegations in the USA was pointed out by Eeva Sodhi in 2002:

In the US, there are an estimated 520,000 false rape allegations a year — 98.1% of all reported cases.  (Eeva Sodhi, [2] Debunking Domestic Violence Statistics; Rape)

Pierce Harlan identified in his article that the feminists succeeded in creating the faulty premise that women do not lie about rape.  Furthermore, he identified that jurisprudence was changed so as to create unequal justice for men and women, so that women’s false allegations cannot be challenged, while men are presumed to be guilty and everything possible is done to slander men accused of rape.

It seems that the focus of attention must be placed on the false assertion that women do no lie.  To accept that assertion as the truth is the fundamental problem. A very large number of men wrongfully convicted of rape is the serious consequence of the fundamental problem.  The web page at Adultery is not abuse, and women don’t lie? provides some explanations of why women lie, one of which is that women feel that it is expected of them to be chaste and pure, therefore they lie to assert their purity.  The truth proves otherwise and must therefore never be admitted.

It follows that, if a woman so desires, an exception to a woman’s purity cannot possibly have been a result of a woman’s free will and must therefore have been rape.  That makes the large and excessive numbers of false rape convictions unavoidable.  They are the price that must be paid to prove women’s purity.

The orthodoxy in intelligence research for the second half of the 20th century had been that men and women had the same average intelligence, but men had greater variance in their distribution than women.  Most geniuses were men, and most imbeciles were men, they said, while most women were in the normal range.  This conclusion, however, was manufactured out of political expediency.  Not wanting to discover, or a priori denying, any sex differences in intelligence, psychometricians simply deleted from the standardized IQ tests any item on which the performance of men and women differed.

More recently, however, especially since the turn of the millennium, there have been an increasing number of studies that cast doubt on this politically correct conclusion.  Studies with large representative national samples from Spain, Denmark, and the United States, as well as meta-analyses of a large number of published studies throughout the world, all conclude that men on average are slightly but significantly more intelligent than women, by about 3-5 IQ points.  So this has now become the new (albeit tentative) consensus in intelligence research….(Full Story)
