BENTONVILLE - The attorney for a Rogers woman accused of killing her husband will use a mental disease or defect as defense against the crime.

Myrtle Walter, 75, was arrested for capital murder on Oct. 4 after admitting to police she shot and killed her husband. Prosecutors have not filed a charge in the case….([1] Full Story)
